Compassion Track
The Compassion DTS Track is your pathway to embodying Jesus’ love and compassion, reaching out to the poor, needy, and hopeless, and making a positive impact in today’s world.
During the Lecture Phase, delve into God’s heart for humanity, gaining a deeper understanding of His ways and finding opportunities to share His love and compassion with those you meet. While this elective focuses on compassion, our main goal is to nurture your relationship with God and ignite your passion for spreading His Word.
In the Outreach Phase, put your learning into action, becoming the tangible hands and feet of Jesus in diverse cross-cultural settings. Activities may vary but can include working with sex trafficking victims, helping the homeless, teaching English, organizing children’s camps, and more. You’ll also learn dances and skits to take with you overseas.
